BRIDGES

A dental bridge is used to replace one or more missing teeth. A bridge is cemented into place permanently and cannot be removed by the patient.

A bridge is a replacement tooth (known as a pontic) attached to a crown. This is then cemented to the tooth adjacent to the gap, eliminating the space.
