EMERGENCY OUT OF HOURS

If you are suffering from dental pain, swelling or trauma please contact the surgery as soon as possible as we see all our registered patients who require emergency treatment within 24 hours of you contacting us. Telephone the surgery first thing in the morning to ensure a same day appointment.

We operate an out of hours service, on a rota basis, with dentists from other practices. This is only for patients suffering with severe dental pain. Fees will apply unless you are a registered NHS patient entitled to free treatment.

To use this service please phone the surgery on
028 91812615 and listen to the answering machine message. This message will advise you to phone a mobile number and to leave a message with your name and telephone number, speaking slowly and clearly. The dentist on call will then call you back to advise you of action to take and where to go if you need to be seen.

If you have suffered severe dental trauma, pain or increased dental swelling in the middle of the night, please attend the Ulster Hospital Casualty.
